Conference Registration Fees

Registration fees include attendance at the sessions, a copy of the printed proceedings, morning and afternoon refreshments, all lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner (Student rate does not include the conference dinner).

Important remarks

• "Members" must be a Member of the IAPR. IAPR Members must provide by fax a certificate of their membership.
• For student rate, evidence of student status must be faxed to the conference secretariat.
• For Early Bird Registration, please register before May 1st, 2008.
• At least one author per accepted paper must register at non student rate in order for the paper to be included in the Conference proceedings. The payment must be made prior to submitting the final version of the manuscript, April 15, 2008 (see Important Dates).
• CNRS researchers and CNRS Ph.D. Student denote persons working for CNRS.

All prices are quoted in Euros.

Acceptable payment methods

Payment is possible as bank transfer and via credit card (Visa or Master Card).

Registration Instructions

Authors of accepted papers have to register at non-student rate before April 15, 2008 to have their paper included in the proceedings.

1. Login to the conference management system.
2. Follow the link to "Register as participant".
3. If you are an IAPR member, provide also your member number in the associated field
4. Select your type of registration in the status zone. Authors of accepted papers have to register at non-student rate.
5. Click on "Proceed to step 2".
6. Fill the registration form by selecting registration items.
7. Select the payment method: "Credit Card" or "Bank Transfer". Select "Bank Transfer" if you pay by "Bon de commande" and add a remark specifying that you pay by "Bon de commande".
8. If paying by credit card, fill the credit card information.
9. Click on "Proceed to step 3".
10. Review the registration summary and total fee, then click "Confirm".
11. For payment by credit card, participants have also to fill and sign the Credit Card registration form (download it here). Send a scanned copy by email to loic.revert@dr19.cnrs.fr (with copy to to icisp2008@unicaen.fr) or fax the form to +33231434538.
12. For payment by Bank tranfer, participants have also to fill and sign the Bank Transfer registration form (download it here). Send a scanned copy by email to icisp2008@unicaen.fr or fax it to +33231452698. For the bank transfer, use the information mentioned above (also available on the conference management system with provisionnal invoice and in the bank transfer registration form). Please fax to +33231452698 or email to icisp2008@unicaen.fr a scanned copy of your bank transfer receipt as soon as possible when the transfer is completed so that we can process your registration quickly.
13. For payment by "Bon de commande" for French people, use the information mentioned above. Fill also the Bank Transfer registration form as mentioned in step 12.

Paper receipts will be provided at the conference.
